Ms. Kennard recently served as the Executive Director of Los Angeles World Airports (“LAWA”). She is also a real estate attorney with undergraduate and graduate degrees in urban planning. She has directed several, major aviation-related planning and development programs which include runway reconstructions, hangar and cargo facilities, and terminal buildings. Additionally, Ms. Kennard has led major master planning efforts in conjunction with the Federal Aviation Administration at Los Angeles International Airport, Ontario International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, which has the greatest number of airfield operations of any general aviation airport in the world.

Mr. Driscoll is also a former Executive Director of Los Angeles World Airports (“LAWA”). During his seven-year tenure at LAWA, he was responsible for the delivery of significant infrastructure improvements. The most notable was the development of the $300 million Ontario International Airport Facility that was completed substantially ahead of schedule and significantly under budget. Following his public career, Mr. Driscoll has been involved in a variety of aviation-related consulting assignments with numerous airlines and airports. For example, he has assisted the LA, INC. with the formulation of a major air service marketing study. In addition, Mr. Driscoll has worked with Cannondale Associates to provide an air cargo study for the Los Angeles region.

Mr. Clifford is a licensed commercial real estate broker specializing in aviation properties. He is also a founding member and former partner of an aviation-related real estate company which was formed under his leadership to take advantage of underutilized real estate assets at general aviation airports across the country through long-term leases and management contracts. Mr. Clifford was responsible for sourcing property acquisitions, business development, marketing, business planning and the financial analyses needed to underwrite airport acquisitions. Upon his departure to participate in the formation of Airport Property Ventures, the company operated nine airports, two FBOs, and fueling operations at five airports. In total, the company managed over 2,500 tenants and controlled approximately 20,000 acres of developable land.
